Mergers & Acquisitions

MOORE/BRYAN offers buyer / seller pre-acquisition planning and pre-acquisition analysis. We provide valuation of assets for equipment leasing, disposition, asset based financing and the allocation of the total purchase price of the acquired assets for both financial and tax purposes.
